Vyndamax is an established drug for the treatment of a heart condition called Transthyretin Amyloidosis Cardiomyopathy Clinical Trial (known as ATTR-ACT). They had a lot of programs offered by the company to help patients. Vyndamax wanted to create a central place where where doctors and patients could find this information especially considering that most of the patients are elderly.
The challenge: Create a robust Hub website to help both patients and HCP learn about the different benefits offered by Vyndaqel.
The Process
Research
To start the process, we spoke to Vyndamax’s call center representatives. We were looking for information about their experience with both HCPs and patients. More specifically we wanted to know the information callers were seeking, and their pain points. We also wanted to know about what were the main services they were providing.
After speaking the the reps, we analyzed the feedback and made UX recommendations what information/services should be included in the website and what should remain with the reps.
Iteration
The main service seeked by callers was to enroll patients to the VyndaLink hub
Organized information on the homepage so that users have quick access to the information they seeked.
FAQ section for easy access to common information that callers called for.
